1) Unless marked with Buyout, every item will be Bid price at its current state
2) If you want an Item reserved, work out a private offer in-game /tell or via Mail
3) Anything not priced is Best Offer
4) If you think a price is too high, ask for it to be lowered or raised. In doing so, if someone afterwards still wants to buy at the original price willingly and knowingly, then the price will revert back to before. (This is to help me with items that don't have AH set prices a.k.a Triple/Double UVs)
