What I think: Every military force keeps trying to kill it after his death (zero-two is now zero-three as he is reborn. AGAIN.), even by shooting his weak point: the eye that bleeds when hit. but out of nowhere Kirby flying on his warp star with that crystal gun and saves the world from destruction.
