I've read that buying the "Starter Pack" is a one time thing... However, if I have bought the Starter Pack before, can I still receive it as a gift from someone who bought the "Party Pack"?

Is this possible?
Can the individual packs within the party pack be gifted to the same person or must they all go to different accounts?
That is, can an alt account purchase the party pack and then gift 3 of the packs to my main account?
Also, is there any reason that if the above can't be done that using a chain of alts I couldn't gift to 3 separate alts which in turn gift to the main or is the gifting a one-time transaction that ends with the person initially gifted?

The reason I'm asking this is because a friend has already purchased a starter pack but 4 of us would like to pool together to buy the party pack and we're wondering if he will be able to open another one. Should I contact support about this?

No, it is not possible for an account to receive more than one Battle Pack or Starter Pack, even when gifted from someone else. Sorry!
yes. Buying the starter pack is a one-time thing, but you can receive/open as many as you like. Don't take my word for it though-better to check with 2 or 3 other people.
