I think it's interesting to note that some of the old topics had posters who seems to be familiar with basic statistics in trying to apply that to UV crafting, maybe even more so on a phD level since they're bringing up statistical terms noise or Bayesian methods only dealt by those in the grad level, which is what one of my phD resource economics programs contain. It could also be cross disciplinary with mathematics, and I don't have a strong background in that(I've only gotten up to Calc I). So I was wondering if I could teach myself these phD level things and try to pad my resume in that way instead of wasting more money on school? What are the statistical/probability expert's suggestions, if there are still some around anymore? My bachelor's degree isn't opening doors to analyst jobs unless I put more finance classes or internships(which seems to be too late), or my gpa, which is decent. Thanks.
