The prize wheel failed to show up for me twice (that I remember), though I didn't get a compensation letter at all.
Oh well, it's probably a trivial amount for only 2 spins missed so I'm fine with not getting anything.

I got 50 crowns for two missed spins. The weird thing is that I've been paying attention to the prize wheel. As far as I know, it has appeared every time I completed a level.
Perhaps those "missed spins" were from my botched runs. I remember failing two runs recently...

Unless those missed spins were from times I died after everyone was on the elevator... Maybe that was it.
