There already are European servers. They are in lockboxes. So spend 100's of thousands of CE trying to find them. If you are lucky they may put them on the AH for millions and millions of crowns after the community opens 1,000,000 lockboxes and doesn't find any. BUt if you can afford it, you will be the sole possessor of a European server.
