Whisper system
In its current incarnation, the whisper/chat system is pretty clunky. Specifically, it is difficult to manage multiple whisper conversations at once without typing the recipient's name each time. It's pretty frustrating trying to juggle four different people selling me Fine Fabric and replying to the wrong person every other message with /r.
I think that a separate window should be made available for each person who whispers you. Not a popup like IM programs, more like a glowing button or tab near your chat window that you can minimize/maximize whenever you want. Not only will it help keep conversation separate, but it won't clog the main chat window so you won't miss things in /1.
Better explanation of the gate feeding strata thing
There isn't really an acceptable explanation for the effects of minerals on gates under construction. Yes, when you put minerals in you'll eventually get a new gate, but right now it's basically impossible to sell minerals toward a specific goal, ie a fiend strata, because nobody knows exactly which minerals do what. I'm not sure if this is intended, but if the intent is to just make people press the "auto sell" button, I don't understand why this is in the game in the first place.
Unshared Mist Energy between accounts on the same computer
This one is pretty simple. My brother wants to play this, and I want him to play. I got done playing one day and he made an account. He logged in and had a grand total of 4 mist energy left. I understand that this is to prevent people from making multiple accounts for crafting or whatever, but I think it's a moot point since you can't send mist energy through the mail and the second account would need to buy whichever recipes anyway and there really isn't much of a retail market for mist energy and mist energy related products.
And yeah, I reread that last paragraph. It's awful. I've been up for a while and it's starting to show. Maybe I'll come by later to clarify my post, but I'm posting it now to get preliminary feedback.
Edit: There should also be an option to recustomize your personal color.
