How long do you play per day?
what is your current gear?
What bosses have you defeated?
what bosses have you soloed?
How long have you been playing Spiral Knights?
How often do you revive yourself?

The way you move up in the guild will be determined by your gear, time in the guild, and how you treat your fellow guild mates, Jelly King runs, Romulus twin runs, and Vanaduke runs help with promotions as well.

0 to 1 stars = recruit
2 to 3 stars = member
4 to 5 stars = veteran, eventually you could become an Officer, or Guild Master with time and careful evaluation of your character.
