Uh, I still see the elevator pass being listed for sale on the energy depot...
Did you perhaps buy an elevator pass? If so, since you can only have one at a time, I could understand it disappearing from your options. I'm pretty sure starter packs and such disappear too.

Echoing what others said, after I purchased the elevator pass the option to purchase (a second) one immediately disappeared from the energy depot. I believe the same thing happens if you purchase other one-time items like the battle pack or starter pack.
You did? I thought OOO told us first.
