I was just as confused as you

I was just as confused as you were when I was planning on making a Grey Feather Cowl costume possibility. Then I checked the difference between it and other Magic Hood lines, and saw that there was one big difference: the Glow Eyes. In fact, we have recent confirmation of that feature being its own separate accessory: http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Glow-Eyes
