Why do people buy recipes such as Levi, aegis, ascended Calibur, Nitronome, Valiance, etc. From the AH?

And yes, people do buy these recipes from the AH. I have sold a few.

...and the same argument could be made for any recipe under 3*, as Vatel sells random 1-2* recipes. People don't understand how to shop anymore. If it's not dangled in front of their faces, they won't bite.

I'm guessing to trick some idiots to buy it overpriced. In general, because that basil may not have that recipie, people make profits with some recipies that they are desperetly looking for.
