I'm planning on getting snarbolax set-5*(with weapon and shield).So is it worth to get for pvp and pve?

Because you have to go in
Because you have to go in Shadow Lair for that, and when you go in Shadow Lair, you'll get destroyed if you are not already full 5* and are already able to do all T3 content without problem.
So usually, Snarbolax is not your first 5* set. Unless you get carried hard or you buy it for insane amounts of money.

Yes but i doubt you'll get that as your first 5* armor set
