Hi.
I've observed, especially with danger room and arenas, that when I charge the attack for Divine Avenger after clearing out the previous wave of monsters that the next spawn is invisible but deals damage. I can see my health bars suddenly depleting without anything on-screen.
When I release the DA charge, the mobs suddenly spawn all at once surrounding the character dealing excessive amounts of damage essentially insta-killing it. Probably caused by the monster code already executing at the client and damaging the player character without the mobs being rendered and the damage sort of being "queued" until I release the charge attack.
This occurrence has not happened so far when charging the attack of other weapons, and I've only been able to experience this probable issue after the recent holiday patch and not prior.
For reference, I'm running the Steam version.
