------Ranking Board---------
The ranking board is based off of tier 2 and tier 3. We grade you on your skill in the game which will help us determine were you will be put on the board.
If you were to happen to be the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd on you tier you will rewarded with mats,cr, and ce.
