Its upgrades could have attacks like the Wrench Wand, and a charge attack that shoots out a fireball/iceball/curseball/somethingball XD

Something like this:

(2*)Wrench Wand: 3 bars Normal; 5 bars Speed
3-hit combo; (Charge) 2x Damage slash + Projectile

(3*) Fire Wand: 4.5 bars Normal; 6 bars Speed
3-hit combo; (Charge) 2x Damage slash + Projectile (Good chance of minor Fire on hit)
(4*) Pyro Wand: 5 bars Normal; 6.5 bars Speed
3-hit combo (Slight chance of minor Fire); (CHarge) 2x Damage slash + Projectile (Good chance of moderate Fire on hit)
(5*) Inferno Staff: 6 bars Normal; 7 bars Speed
3-hit combo (Good chance of minor Fire); (Charge) 2x Damage slash (Slight chance of minor Fire) + Projectile (Good chance of strong Fire)

(3*) Ice Wand: 4.5 bars Normal; 6 bars Speed
3-hit combo; (Charge) 2x Damage slash + Projectile (Good chance of minor Ice on hit)
(4*) Frost Wand: 5 bars Normal; 6.5 bars Speed
3-hit combo (Slight chance of minor Ice); (Charge) 2x Damage slash + Projectile (Good chance of moderate Ice on hit)
(5*) Blizzard Staff: 6 bars Normal; 7 bars Speed
3-hit combo (Good chance of minor Ice); (Charge) 2x Damage slash (Slight chance of minor Ice) + Projectile (Good chance of strong Ice)

(3*) Curse Wand: 2.5 bars Normal; 6 bars Speed
3-hit combo; (Charge) 2x Damage slash + Projectile (Good chance of minor Curse on hit)
(4*) Torment Wand: 3 bars Normal; 6.5 bars Speed
3-hit combo (Slight chance of minor Curse); (Charge) 2x Damage slash + Projectile (Good chance of moderate Curse on hit)
(5*) Staff of Damnation: 4bars Normal; 7 bars Speed
3-hit combo (Good chance of minor Curse); (Charge) 2x Damage slash (Slight chance of minor Curse) + Projectile (Good chance of strong Curse)

(3*) Sleep Wand: 4.5 bars Normal; 6 bars Speed
3-hit combo; (Charge) 2x Damage slash + Projectile (Good chance of minor Sleep on hit)
(4*) Trance Wand: 5 bars Normal; 6.5 bars Speed
3-hit combo (Slight chance of minor Sleep); (CHarge) 2x Damage slash + Projectile (Good chance of moderate Sleep on hit)
(5*) Staff of Oblivion: 6 bars Normal; 7 bars Speed
3-hit combo (Good chance of minor Sleep); (Charge) 2x Damage slash (Slight chance of minor Sleep) + Projectile (Good chance of strong Sleep)

Basically they would all have the same stats, except with different effects (except for the curse wands, which have less Normal damage than the others).
Also, I'm not sure if they should all have normal damage, or if they should do elemental or shadow damage (split, maybe?) I don't really want yet another brandish, which is what they would be if they were elemental/normal...suggestions?

Great idea, but..

Great idea, but i think there should be no curse wand. Even if his dmg will be smaller its still OP. And no sleep wand. OOO will decide when they gona get back sleep monsters and make sleep weapons. And then make shock wand. Elemntal/shadow split? YES!!!! It would be great. Wands are gremlin wepons and even that gremlins do elemental dmg they seems very dark (especially in T3, but not so in T1 and T2). So I like idea about this wepons. Like you i dont want another brandish line.

Excellent idea. A projectile charge other then Sealed lines/crappy winmillion. +1
Tier 1 weapons are completely unique compared to the rest.
