Did swords get buffed while I was away playing ToR?

I went away for a few weeks to play something else and now it seems that any random group of 3* is making a smash and grab job out of everything. Even using damage that isnt optimal vs family I see them making out hand over fist. What gives?

I was away like you, for
I was away like you, for months, and I also noticed the game went easyer? Like when mobs spawn they would just sit there for 3 seconds. That's stupid frankly, people have time to kill them before they can even move. I've also noticed some mobs don't have the ability to follow you anymore. Like zombies and wolvers. Which I don't understand, cause others mobs still have this ability. So why removing it from some mobs and not for others? What's the logic? I was really disappointed by that. Hope they fix this.

The Brandish line swords had their charge attack changed. That could be why.
