For the chance of occurring (in the tier of the greater wings such as divine and volcanic), I would appreciate it if prismatic wings had the same size as the greater wings if not a slight boost in size

And Orangeo he does. He's saying that for the rarity of them, they should have something unique, like a larger size.

Yeah, I think the Prismatic Dragon Wings should have something to make them unique besides simply matching your character color.. It definitely should be enlarged to be at least the same size as its counterparts.
Also, and I don't mean to hijack the thread, but I feel the Divine wings are a bit plain compared to the Volcanic and Shadow wings. Sure, it has a unique color, but... The Shadow Dragon Wings have black smoke rising from them (this can be justified by its lower acquisition rate), and the Volcanic Dragon Wings have fire and lava dripping from them, with red-hot claws. The Divine Dragon Wings only have a pale white glow on its top claws, which imo is practically impossible to see on a Skolver unless the wings are in their stretched-out animation. I think they should add a tiny glow to the bottom claws as well, or something.

I was thinking more along the lines of just duplicating the glow effect the Divine Dragon Wings currently have, and adding it to the rest of the claws. Maybe strengthen it a bit so it's more noticeable, too.

+1 to making the wings at LEAST as large as the other Dragon Wings, or unique in some other aspect than just color along with a size change.
+1 to giving Divine wings a more impressive look to match up with it's rarity.
As for the divine wings, perhaps the lava-vein effect seen in Volcanic wings could be reused, but with a sunlight theme instead of lava? Golden light-veins.
And as for the wings getting a neon-light glow as seen in the Chromalisk sets, perhaps add that to the claws, with a golden light? The theme of Divine accessories is white or gold, anyways, so it fits.

Plus the titles misleading, change it to "make them more common" or something, I thought you meant the size of the wings.
