An unessecary, but valid reply to the question. For the record, those weren't reguar accesories. There isn't a "Heavy" proto crest or "Fused" pumpkin bomb bandolier. So there is enough difference to ask the question, though it would be safe to assume they aren't in lockboxes anyway.

Oh no, you took my comment as an attacking or belittling one. I meant that in no way. I'm just pointing out that it isn't unprecedented that some accessories can't be acquired through the boxes, and gave examples.

Anyway, a fair enough point. Though I still say you can't get them from lockboxes since this is a ce package item. If anything, we can look to Stranger hats and say that the accessory themes aren't limited to things you pull out of lockboxes.
