Thinktank for new dungeons, shinies, and weapons

I had stopped posting or reading on the forum for some time however; I've had a few random, and unique ideas for Spiral Knights lately. Usually while I'm either bored at work, listening to music from other video games, etc. This is a rough draft idea, I just wanted everything written down, or in text. This is the collaboration I came up with

Bosses aren’t going to be recycled, 4 bosses will be implemented. All bosses are immune to status affliction, strike hard in their area of expertise. Each of the entry keys would be ultra rare, and be random drops off of Tier 3 monsters OR Tier 3 danger room vaults. There will be 4 elemental keys in all, and would unlock this area - for 1 dive. This is a prepare to dive, more preparation than a shadow lair would require. Cost to enter is high, but with heavy risk carries high reward. Legendary equipment, and unique accessories. 1-4 players may party up, and the same rules apply from the shadow instance; no one different may join the party, you're stuck with what you start with. Armor, Weapons, Accessories. Everything.

Earth Stage, Sacred Meadow – Gauntlet oriented 3 stage arena, having a boss after being worn down.
Warlord Masamune, Alpha Wolver Attack pet. Masamune can send wind shears or shockwaves by swinging his sword. He can also do a lightning fast charge attack in a straight line. However shielding negates the shockwaves but is instantly broken from the charge. The wolver can also inflict stun, fire, and poison all in his bites. (Normal/Piercing damage)

Water Stage, Behind the falls – A puzzle oriented level, with a boss who uses AoE water attacks
2-headed Hydra, occasionally shrieks summoning 4-6 non-elemental greavers to the battlefield. He will occasionally come close to release breathe weapons of either toxic, shock or stun (Normal/Shadow Damage)

Fire Stage, Fury within the Blaze – An unforgiving nest of traps in the level test your patience, and your skill. Ton’s of status effects, fast monster traps, and plenty of drones, greavers, wolvers, and explosives.
Goblin Genius, uses many long range attacks with guns, drops and sleep gas bombs. This boss will be tricky and evades very well. (Normal/Elemental Damage)

Wind Stage, Forgotten Ruins – A puzzle and combat oriented level, crawling with constructs, and strong mechanical creatures.
Legendary Hero, Dual Wields Gran Faust and Divine Avenger. Sending out charges for 2 players on an incredibly short charge time. After he hits ¼ health he steps back in a boss-style cut-scene, and combines the 2 swords into a Blade of Aether. This new great sword is faster, and it’s charge is a very quick overhead 2-handed swing that releases a shockwave in a cone in front of the wielder.

After the defeat of the Legendary Hero, he falls to his knee, and admits defeat. He awards you access to his treasure vault, and his alchemy station. The new set of weapons and armor would be legendary tier. Legendary tier armor and weapons also lose all of their previous Unique Variants upon being crafted. Each craft would cost 2000CE, and the prerequisites would be 1-2 level 10, 5* items and many materials.

Shogun Crest: High Normal, Piercing and Elemental Defense, High resist to stun, ASI Medium
Yata Armor: High Normal, Piercing and Shadow Defense, High sleep, stun, and curse resistance
Kusanagi Katana: Very High Normal and Shadow damage, ASI High, Damage increased Medium
Seastone Shield: High Normal, Elemental and Shadow Defense, Max resist to fire, shock, and poison
Twin-fang Necklace: Chance for a melee strike to turn into a double-strike. Doesn’t stack with itself.
Coral Circlet: High Normal, Piercing and Elemental Defense, High resist to fire, shock and stun
Quasar (Gun): Can deal Any damage and status type in the game, Pulsar model, Double Tap block to cycle damage type. ASI Medium, CTR Medium.
Pandemonium (Bomb): Charge time doesn’t affect this bomb, affected area is inflicted with strong curse
True Love Locket: +7 Health
Blade of Aether: Maximum Elemental or Shadow damage. Double Tap block to cycle damage type. ASI Very High, CTR High. Charge strikes cost 1 bar of health.
Halcyon Gladiator Shield: High Piercing, Elemental, and Shadow Defense, High fire and curse resistance, movement speed increased low
Crystalline Gladiator Armor: High Normal, Elemental and Shadow Defense, High stun and shock resistance, movement speed increased low

I have a few ideas what could build into what. I.E. Omega Shell could turn into the Seastone Shield and be VERY useful. Just toss some ideas out, it's open to review, constructive thought, and please let me know what you think is good or lackluster.

True Love Locket? They are exclusive drop from Love Puppies! Nope to this.
Quasar is the most overpowered gun I saw ever in suggestions. Nope to this.
Curse-mist bomb?? Overpowered again. NO.
Blade of Aether falls in the "no, we won't implement pure damage heavy swords due to being massively high damage", so no.

The triple defense equipment, I can say "maybe" to them, we may eventually move to a "golden star" tier or something maybe later.
Same to those accesories, the "double hit" one may be interesting.

About the bosses, is Masamune a floating sword with a pet dog? And also, do you know how sleep works? I mean, is a status where you can't do absolutely nothing for its duration and basically means you would be dead once you were hit with it (encounters with the rare blue lichen are dangerous because of this).

Your creativity is high, but you should balance things a little. And no keys, please.

Also, suggestions forum. Even if less would answer there because there is more traffic here, I also got to deal with it with my suggestions. xD

Well since people don't camp

Well since people don't camp the suggestion thread, I figure we could post something in discussion since we ARE discussing new items and such potentially.

It was more focused on players who do dives actually getting high reward since most 5* drops needed to craft popular items aren't worth very much. Well...at least not compared to what they used to be. I think everyone can agree that we miss the days of CE costing 3k, and 5* drops inspiring a smile.

Masamune is the blacksmith who created the katana, but I kind of fashioned him into a warlord-ish type of boss. Also, sleep resistance isn't exactly sought after, and I think it's time we should implement SOMETHING, maybe not a super strong duration, but something that makes you go "hm...remedy capsule =D"

As I stated before, this is meant to be a thinktank, these aren't in stone or meant to be holycrapoverpowered. Quasar I think could do without the ASI probably, and the Aether blade is kind of like an idea I've always fostered so I probably catered to it a little heavily. But once again, legendary items (ironically enough I thought of the gold star thing as well) aren't meant to be STUPIDLY powerful, but could also probably be banned from PVP.

Okay, bump. A few thoughts

A few thoughts since the last post; I am here to share ideas, not necessarily balance them out. That's what staff are paid to test out.

The Quasar gun, would not inflict statuses. They would give up the shock from the Pulsar, Just as Blade of Aether gives up it's ability to inflict curse from it's GF predecessor.

The curse bomb would be a smaller haze bomb. Think of the AoE or the Electron Vortex instead of something similar to Voltaic Tempest or Ash of Agni.

Not sure how to go about unlocking something high-end like this without some sort of key.....unless you want to spend boss tokens on it, that actually might work quite well.
