could a forum moderator sticky a thread so everyone wont have to dig when they run into this issue? threads are starting to pop up all over the forums with people not getting what they purchased...

if everyone could be pointed in the right direction quickly, maybe the billing department can see how bad the issue is getting and do something about it, instead of continuing to let people make purchases with their steam wallet, componding the issue further.

just looking out for anyone that may attempt to buy CE while this issue hasnt been resolved.
