Yep you Read the topic right! The only Exception to 2 star items being 3k are those that require a 1 star item before it, those cost an extra 600c (3600c). So if you're interested in a 2 star weapon or equipment for 3k or a stone tortoise shield for 17k, look me up in game. The prices will only change if energy goes above 4500c.

Also for those after 3 star items, I Offer Dusker items and the Striker for 8.5k! Likewise if you provide the mat's (service fee included) I'll make what you need for just what you consider a fair tip!
