Your favorite missions?

Out of all the missions which ones do you like the most?
My two favorites are probably the "Rescue fellow Knights" missions (because watching about 8 knights carve their way through a small army of Gremlins is a thing of beauty, now if only I could hack in 3 Mecha Knights for each player...) and any mission that has those giant robots in (because those things are freaking badass)

For sure that one stood out for me. It's the only mission we can do that's NOT in the clockworks (thus the rain ambience, gives the sense of actually being on a world with something strange below) and it's the first mission that really gives you a sense of depth and character for our tiny, cute pastel knights.
Reminds you that it's not all slimes and snipes all the time.
Close seconds are Work for Idle Hands (the confetti is an awesome touch, even toned down from what it was on the test server) and Plan of Attack.
Not going to spoil the latter for those who've not done it yet, but the level design is quite clever. When I caught my first glimpse of my objective from the corner of my screen early on in the level, I may have actually gasped at what I knew was coming up.

Going to have echo Blades of the Fallen as well.
That was a very nice stage, and really sets the mood of the atmosphere. I like it for the same reason as I like the Unknown Path in the shadow lairs before you step on the first switch.
The music is quite good too.(Yeah, I'm pretty much regurgitating what was said already. xD)
I think of it as a good fair challenge for newer players as well. It gives them a taste what trojans and greavers are going to be like.
I'm also a big fan of more moody, dark stuff as well.

Blades of the Fallen really surprised me, as well. I loved it.
However, I also really enjoyed the mission in either 6-1 or 6-2, where you recruit the army of knights to do battle against the Gremlins and their machines. That was just so amazing, charging into battle with a large group of other knights. So much fun.

love the rain, sad/calm music and the little lost souls that gather at the graveyard, basically the other side of the story
well for now it's Blades of the Fallen mission,
but I'm looking forward to crash the office party at Work for Idle Hands after reading the description

Built to destroy and Sovergin Slime missions and also Rise or fall.
JK boss, RT boss and free arena.
They are best missions, you can do them all over again. You get always tokens for defating a boss. You dont have to do silly pre terminal lvls to get there saving energy. You dont have to pay 200cr as tier clerance. Also on Rise or fall you have guaranted arena, same as above, no more waiting for it, no more clerance crowns fee, you dont have to do other floors saving energy. Three best missions.
You still get tokens just like regular boss runs but you save crowns, you save energy, pure profit!
So good OOO forget about crowns clerance fees, since JK anr RT missions are obviously T2 so there should be 200cr fee. Also its wonderfull that you can redo all missions including boss runs, you can skip all boring lvls and start at boss floors saving TON of energy, this will make less ppl buy CE with $$ money since they will use less of it! Good work OOO! :3

Can't tell if that was sarcasm or not.

Anything with the battle pods.
I want a battle pod arena. Nothing but battle pods.

i know, call me crazy, blades of the fallen was a great mission, but i personally LOOOVED the foreshadowing up to RT in plan of attack!! even though my nitronome basically effprtlessly munched through the monsters, it was fun! i loved seeing the start of "Project R" eventually develop to "Built to Destroy"

I'd have agree with Blades of the Fallen. I also really liked the Toy Factory, the sewer one that leads up to RT, and pretty much any mission that's featured that new turret thing (someone told me it's called a blastcore?).
The first time I ran into it, I was like "SWEET CHRISTMAS WHAT THE FUDGE IS THAT THING OH GOD IT'S SHOOTING BULLETS IN ALL THE PLACES". Then I killed it and was all "F' YEA".
Then the second time I saw it I was like "pff, I got this no proOH GOD IT'S SHOOTING T3 ROCKET PUPPY ROCKETS AT ME"
The third time I saw it I was all "ok, I'm prepared, do your worst you gremlin-bult monstrosity! Dodge the bullets, dance around the gremlins, wait for the knockback wave, rush up and start swinging my swOH GOD IT PUKED GREEN STUFF ALL OVER ME! YOU CAN'T DO THAT ON SPIRAL KNIGHTS"

@Nicoya
When I was reading your comments, I was getting an Egoraptor vibe. You should totally ask him to do a Spiral Knights skit, with your post in mind.

I saw the name via Spiral Spy. Until it has a proper name, I will call it that.

I haven't finished them all yet but so far the two that stand out are Blades of the Fallen, and Work for Idle Hands. I've always loved the jab at corporate BS the devilites hold so Idle Hands was right up my alley. Blades of the Fallen was a great mission all around- the atmosphere, the music, the melancholy objective. Definitely an excellent departure from the normal meaningless slaughter of clockwork monsters. Good job on that one OOO, it seems that a majority of people agree. I really, really hope the expansion missions turn out like that.

So far, my favorite mission is "Time Enough At Last: The Eternal Study".
It's unique, fun, and also gives plenty CR. ^^

I'll give another point to Blades of the Fallen. To be honest, I was just expecting a typical Graveyard level with an extra room thrown in for the grave where we were supposed to visit, but I was pleasantly surprised that that wasn't the case. I loved the melancholy atmosphere in contrast with the rest of Spiral Knights, and the little ghosts that arose at every turn were a nice novel addition to the level. The Trojans were a nice touch as well, especially when considering the lore behind them - corrupted Knights who were lost in the Clockworks, ending up here in a Knight cemetery.

@Kupoo
Imagine those ghosts in one of the FSC's levels...

Blades of the Fallen, the music reminded me of Bastion for some reason.

My favorite so far is "Blades of the Fallen." in terms of the music, ambience, etc. In terms of loot and payout, it's a tie between "Rise or Fall" and "Time Enough to Last."
For me it would have to be Blades Of The Fallen. The music and ambience are much different compared to the typical, and i was struggling a little bit with it, even in 3 star equipment.
