Today my Elevator Pass ran out so I bought a new one. I used the Energy Depot in-game and paid for the requested amount from my Steam Wallet. Usually, I instantly receive the Pass in the mail and then all is well. Now it has been 4 hours ago and I still haven't had anything.
So, how do I contact support about this? In the top right, there is a link http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Support_Portal which takes you to a wiki page. There are several links on that wiki support portal which all refer to "contact support" or "contact billing" and they all refer to this URL. Even the big button http://media.spiralknights.com/wiki-images/e/e5/Icon-contact_us_button.png refers to the same link

Awesome, that link is empty! There is nothing there. Even though it has a lock icon behind it on the support portal (meaning you need to login for this page) and on the official spiral knights page I am logged in (obv, otherwise I can't post here), the page is still empty.
Also when attempting to use the in-game help there is a link to where you can fill out a request form to contact a Game Master. This is the link:

So, how do I contact Three Rings about my issue and when will these dead links be repaired?
