With today's update removing the cobalt armor line of recipes from kozma's shop, does this now mean that the entire line all the way to 5* azure guardian is also no longer for sale?

I was less than 10k crowns away from having saved up to buy all 6 of the 5* recipes, and my 4* solid cobalt gear is halfway through lvl 9 already, so please tell me that there's still a way for those of us who have been playing this game longer then the mission system has been around to buy those recipes, there is no sense is forcing anyone who's been working on those lines and is way ahead to have to slog through all the rank missions just to get access to the recipes they need.
