Almost every site on the internet has a different set of rules and enforcement, and they are well within their rights to reprimand rule breakers.
If you want an example, say that you were invited to someone's house but you broke their house rules. You didn't throw trash away, you swore around their children, and you brought up politics at the dinner table. Because it's their house, they are within their rights to kick you out. Spiralknights is like one of Three Rings houses; they make the house rules.
