Hi i am Talscar and i am Trying to Find People who want to Learn How to Play this Game Better and to Learn Tricks.
I may not be the Best Player in this Game as the Common Games are FPS and Single Player.

I Do not like The word noobs as i found that once a Noob did Save my Life in a Certain Situation. Even if he did die i found him A good Trying Person.
I am Training anyone who wants to be Better than they are and i also am Able to Offer Asistance in Finding another Guild once you have Compleated your Training and i say you have Passed.

Currently i am In Bettwen Guilds so i am using all my Chars on my Account to Transfer me to and From the Guilds.
I am also doing a Favor for my Friend who has a Guild Which isnt Very Active by getting him Some Pro Players AKA The Trained New Players.
To join his Guild when they have 3* Or Greater.
I can Take 3 Players to JK and We can Beat the Jelly king but if i Feel You can Try to Be a Pro i will Just Go in a Term Noobly till the Boss.
When we are on the Boss i will Fight But i Expect Team Work.

My Guild does a Special Route which is for: Recruit, Member, Veteran, Officer.
I dont Plan on makeing anyone a GM unless i Choose to do so.
Recruit will be 0* - 1*
Member will be 2* - 3*
Veteran will be 4* - 5*
Officer will be 4* - 5* (With the Bases of Helping Train New Players But Passing a Test before being Promoted)

I want no Grefing on my Guild and i dont want People saying someone is a Bad Player as if you say that then your No Better than everyone that Backstabed me so far.

I want to Encorage People to Be Better than they are and i know some 4* out their are Still Slack.

One skill I Teach is Gear.

You need to have the Right Tools for the Right Job.

I have Alot of Gear so Far but i start up too Much Meaning i dont have every Item or Weapon in the Game.

I do Have Vog Cub.

Now anyone that Joins me and i see they are good i will Suggest them to a Friend who has a Guild who likes Actuly haveing Fun!

I am Not Trying to be Strickt and i will Allow you if your a Officer to Invite Friends.
But Please do Not make them Officers and i will keep that Under Recored of who is ment to be a Officer.
If you want to Teach people to be a Officer that is Fine but if they dont do Super Good i will need to know as i do not need people being Under.
I dont say that as in a Offence i say that so if someone Joins and you make them officer and they go Train Some New Players without Telling them stuff they will make them Underclassing.

Venrock my Friend will take you into his guild if i tell him you are Really Well Trained.
