Im starting to wonder if they are testing new content by themselves (other than the new missions) so as not to reveal it to the public yet, like they did with OCH. As the previous mission test round, the test server was open until nearly right before it's release. They didn't even give us a chance this time to test a second build to check that bugs were indeed fixed.
Or, maybe the idiots buying up all the Mecurial Demo Helms (and Divine Avengers iirc) on AH featured auctions both times they were posted had something to do wit it, I think whoever was doing that was trying to resell them on AH for much higher.

Or maybe Im over thinking it and OOO were just being arbitrary. Well, hope this patch comes to the release server soon anyways.
