yep they realy did it... (or gabe ate it!!!!)

i bought some extra DLC copy's to trade for CE (4 to be exact) 3 trades worked with no problem... but one trade the DLC got deliverd but the CE i was supposed to receive never made it to my account. so i mailed a GM and they send me to my energy chart (clearly stating 3 received CE transfers)

i also send a steam support ticket, and here is where it becomes crazy... valve replied to the mail stating that I MYSELF send the energy with the DLC...

first of all i think i would remember beeing such an idiot to send that ammount of CE with the DLC, and second there is NO friggin indication in my energy history that i send that much CE anywhere (hell the only - in there was 2 CE in an other trade let allone a huge ammount)

thank god OOO keeps track of the energy history otherwise i wouldn't have a foot to stand on. (btw thanks GM Hyperion for the reply)
