Sup y'all Just got back to the game from a hiatus, and was planning to get myself a Master Blast Bomb Recipe. But Kozma nol onger sells them!?!! Where can I get the recipe now??

Also once you've gotten far

Also once you've gotten far enough in the missions, you can also buy it at the hall of heroes. But, since you get it for free now, I can't see why you would.
