If you trade too fast (that is, you buy some CE and then post it for profit on the market) the CE counter may get stuck at the higher count.
It looks like the count is correct, however.

Try this:
* prepare a CE sale (you can prepare it ahead even if you have the unit at hand)
* buy a CE unit in crowns
* when the counter is blinking post the offer

In the end the counter gives out the wrong number, even if it seems that the energy units are still counted correctly.
