I noticed much heavier lag starting today... before I seldom got packet loss (I can move around but nothing updates), but I got plenty today.

Before when I move between areas the loading screen comes up right away, but today I got a few seconds of a black screen before the loading screen comes up. I have big bandwidth and I used to finish loading a level before people in the US.

Right before the server reboots I logged in and found out everyone's lagging in Haven. I yelled and many responded they are lagging heavily as well. I'm in HK, they are in US and Canada. Both me and them see people sliding around, running inside walls, flying over fountains, chat message not appearing until a few seconds later, etc.

Please investigate why it's happening, OOO.
