I was just wondering: there is a max speed that can be bestowed to wepons? let's say, if i get all the armor that improves speed, and trinkets (if we have trinkets that do this), and equip a troika with increase speed:ultra, and equip another fast sword with improve attack speed, then both will have the same speed, because they both hit max?

to clarify, i'm jus wondering if there is a max to speed, that's all. Thanks in advance
