Buying Operation Crimson Hammer dlc for someone else?
Hello I was wondering if it was possible to buy another Crimson Hammer dlc and give it to someone else. I am using an ultimate gaming card and the person I want to buy the dlc for plays Spiral Knights on steam. So I was just wondering if I could buy another of the same dlc and give it to him or if he could make a non-steam account and we could split the card between the two of us.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I use the non-steam version, sorry about that.

As of current, the Operation Crimson Hammer DLC is only tradeable though steam. Both the buyer and receiver of the DLC must be steam users, as you trade the DLC though Steam Trading/Steam inventory, outside of the game. To buy SK stuff with steam, you must also use the "steam wallet" (and by extension, a debit/credit card). I'm not sure if you can use an ultimate game card to add funds to the steam wallet.
So... no, a non-steam user can't trade the expansion right now, at all, unfortunately.
Thanks for the information. But I have one other question, could two non-steam users use the same ultimate gaming card?

Not DLC, its Expansion Mission Pack, if long words are difficult to you to remember you may call it EMP, OCH EMP

@Alptaumsoldat: Unfortunately, I don't think so. Those cards work by having a code, right? The codes only work once, and transfer all the funds onto one account, and I don't think those funds are tradable.
HOWEVER what you can do, since your friend is a steam user (right?) is buy enough CE to give your friend so that he can trade for the OCH DLC from some other user on steam. Look around in threads in the Bazzar to see who's willing to sell it/for what price.

"is buy enough CE to give your friend so that he can trade for the OCH *Expansion Mission pack from some other user on steam"

asukalan, seriously, don't be such a pretentious prick. no matter what they call it, it's DLC.
Also, you've clearly never used steam as the actual purchasable product is labeled a DLC

So what? Steam is steam, if its too [special] to call every stuff in other way than just calling it DLC, it dont mean we must repeat its stupidity.
If you buy it on Steam you can gift it to your friend, but not in-game.
