starting 3star

Hi.
Im F2P player.
Just stuck on mission where i need 3star gear.
I have maxed my 2star gear.
The question is, what to buy next and for how much (not to pay to much) ?
I prefer guns so i think ill start with gun.
I should have this week 30k, is it enough ?

- Roll a 4 sided dice for which elemental alchemer to pick up
