Hmm.
Not sure about the Vog. Too bad it's not one of the other two types. Piercing is nice, but a matching UV is desirable for PvE, and Vog is not that popular for PvP. I'd guess 12-13k CE.
Avenger should be 30-40k CE. A stupidly large range, I know. Sorry if it's not very useful. XP (Caveat: haven't sold or bought anything like that myself; this is just from observing.)

Hard to know with Vog... like Derpules said, it's not popular in PvP and Piercing on Vog doesn't have much use in PvE either.
Avenger ASI VH will sell for up to 45k CE. The problem, of course, is finding a buyer. I think there are at least 3 Gran Faust ASI VH for sale right now, all with B/O of 45k CE, and not a single one has sold (and they've been on sale for weeks). True, DA is not GF... so maybe that will help or hurt you? Hard to tell.
