To remove jaggies...
simply go to options> edit advanced and set AA level to something higher, then reload the game. High aa level may bring unsatisfactory performance on slow pc...
That's just the model edge. There are HEAPS of places where edges also look bad. What graphics setting are you on? Ever seen the RJP jelly piles on low graphics? They're horrid.
Also, reshaping those models would consume more resources on your pc. Not sure how much more though.
