You were revived by a fellow player, and then you waited until they were on the lift before you clicked/walked to wake up.

Maybe you joined the party when the everyone else got to the elevator. But judging by the heat around you, they prolly revived you and you waited for em to enter that elevator :P

Ile do you one better! Same thing happend to me only in Vana died by fire then revived but they got to the elevator just b4 I revived... The weel wus spinning and I could move. Only I could move off the map just b4 I descended.

Easily duplicated
This can easily be duplicated at the end of any level. Fun trick, certainly a bug. Not sure if there is anything you can do for the short amount of time that you are stranded alone with a static camera... The most I have done is run around for a few seconds while I watched the prize wheel and elevator.
@Starlight-Serenade: You almost nailed it. A normal revive won't work like that. The knight has to have been revived, by another player, before everyone gets on the lift. Not only that, but the revived knight must not come to life until the rest of the party is on the lift, and the lift gate goes up. Otherwise you just join the team and they have to wait for you to get on the lift.
1. Die. (you can be anywhere you want, even at the start of the level)
2. Wait for a knight to revive you.
3. Stay on the floor until team finishes the level and gets on the lift and the lift gate goes up.
4. Walk around while the prize wheel spins.
You were dead and revived right when your party got on the elevator.
