So i've decided to finally give it a second attempt at soloing vanaduke. Made it through the first four levels just fine, and then the duke himself. I carried voltedge, btb, blitz needle, and warmaster rocket hammer. Coupled with two med charge reduction trinkets. Wearing divine mantel and divine veil.

Everything went smooth, vana take a ton of blitz needle, gets his mask wet, etc etc, and then the final stage...

The slags were more annoying than i thought, trying to balance both them and vana, so i decided to blitz as much as i could, when i could.

And it worked... Over time, and a few revs, he finally fell. But then...

Immediatly, out of his fat corpse comes a rushing gaurd, who stabs me in the face and shoves me in a fire. It kills me... And leaves me with a 160 revive fee.

I could not pay it... I solo'd vana... And never got the credit...

But i got a nifty firebreak shield in the previous floor!

I'm pissed...
