I'm selling at a price of 3000CE (If CE prices were 6500cr per 100), however the trade process will be a bit tricky and trust orientated.

I'm hoping for add on steam, money first, then gift expansion as a gift to friend instead of the trade-able gift option. The trade-able gift option requires me to wait 30 days for the gift itself to become trade-able on steam, and I don't want to purchase it to find out no one wants to buy it a month later.
