Tier 3 clockworks and no parties to run then?

So I hit Tier 3 recently and though I can solo it somewhat, it's slow and tedious. But every time I try to join a party for Tier 3 down it always tells me that there isn't one available. Cmon, where are all the Tier 3 parties?
And for that matter, where are all the Tier 2 players? Every time I start a party for Tier 2, nobody ever joins. It's disheartening.
Also, I see players with 90k+ energy and full 5* equipment still running Tier 1 and Tier 2. Now, if Tier 3 rewards better mats and way more crowns then T1 or T2, why don't those players just run T3 exclusively outside of helping other players?

Not really Mesako, mats are better on T3 and T3 offers the same heat/crowns per level as T2. The difference is people run the first half of T2 with poor rewards, breeze through it, and get to the second half where the rewards are higher. Most people struggle with the first half of T3, get poor rewards, and don't continue past the recipe depth to where the rewards are higher. This means they leave with the impression that T2>T3. This isn't the case.
Of course, from a risk/rewards perspective it's definitely a bit hinky. You work a LOT harder to get the same amount of heat and crowns...

No one cares for the matz
No one cares for the matz anymore from tier 3! From my personal experience I am having a rough time selling my Sun Silver and Mug of Misery. People just doesn't care anymore! I used to make bank from new players. Now since there are very few new players. I am having a rough time trying to make money. The only solution to this problem is GRIND the jelly king!
Uhm.. as of now Tier 2 rewards better loot than Tier 3. Thats why nobody is doing Tier 3..
