The billing system for Spiral Knights will be down intermittently on Thursday, May 24th, 6:00 PM PDT in order to perform a database upgrade. While down, payments will not be processed so you wont be charged and you wont receive the package you attempted to purchase. We expect that this maintenance will take about 3 hours, but we will do our best to get it working normally as soon as possible.
