So I had finished a run through Tier 2 with my party and then waited on the Haven elevator and minimized the game to do something else. When I unminimized the game, the Report screen was showing with heavily distorted graphics for everyone except me.

My graphic setting is high, and only Vsync is enabled in the advanced options.
