Recommendation/Request to Separate the Shadow Lair Locations into Separate Pages.

I was working on doing some cleanup work on the Rabid Snarbolax Shadow Lair pages and was reminded of something that has bothered me all along. Why are all the different locations of Shadow Lairs crammed on a single page under Shadow Lair? Don't get me wrong Shadow Lair should be its own page but it bothers me to see All four areas within Shadow Lairs cramed on one page. The areas for the original boss' have their own pages why not the Shadow versions? They are distinct from their original counter parts after all. I've finished mapping out the Shadow Gloaming Wildwoods and have a start on the Shadow Royal Jelly Palace and while the maps are similar there are differences between the Shadow and Original counterparts. I personally think it makes sense to have a separate page for Shadow Gloaming Wildwoods, Shadow Royal Jelly Palace, Shadow Ironclaw Munitions Factory and Shadow Firestorm Citadel. If not that then at least move Shadow information about say Gloaming Wildwoods to the Page for Gloaming Wildwoods. I think it is clunky the way it links in that you have to go to Gate or Shadow Lair to get information on the Shadow version of the Gloaming Wildwoods or find a link to it.

Maybe you all think I'm all wet but if each of the shadow lairs gets fully fleshed out for information then the Shadow Lair page is going to get quite lengthy especially if I finish my personal project of mapping the Shadow Lairs for inclusion in the SK wiki like I've done for the Shadow Gloaming Wildwoods. (Or someone else beats me to it)

Would appreciate thoughts and opinions.

Because Shadow Lairs are just rehashes of existing boss levels. The normal boss level pages and the shadow lair boss pages have most of the information you'll need.

split into separate pages IF there is enough content

My natural tendency is to lump things together, rather than to split them apart into tiny pieces, but my feeling is that the Shadow Lair article as it currently stands does not deserve to be split, because there is simply not enough content on each Shadow Lair.

How about this: Add lots of (useful) material about the various Shadow Lairs, and when the page gets too big, then we split it up?

I understand the sentiment

I understand the sentiment but my counter would be then why don't we combine the Shadow Gloaming Wildwoods specific information in to the article for Gloaming Wildwoods. There would be a general section and a Shadow section under gloaming wildwoods.

unless it's a clear win, then don't do it

In my opinion, that approach is no better or worse than what we have. So does that mean that we should do it? No. Moving content around is not a productive use of time. Someone may come along and move it somewhere else anyway. Only move content if it's a very clear win --- if the new location is much better than the old.

The best use of our time is to write new content. As the content itself changes, there may emerge a new clearly-best location to put that content.

The exact location of the content doesn't matter much, because all relevant search terms (Shadow Gloaming Wildwoods, Shadow Snarbolax, Rabid Snarbolax, Shadow Lair, Snarbolax, etc.) should be linked/see-alsoed/redirected to whatever the page is, that describes the Shadow Gloaming Wildwoods. So, if this is a topic that you care about, you might spend some time making sure that all of those links/see-alsos/redirects exist? Cheers.
