CE prices are very high so i think i can do snarby with my alt just standing their so the question is, is doing that bannable?

Nope, it's fine.
A bit back, someone asked if they could be banned for using multiple accounts to craft/farm. The answer is yes, it's fine, as they should have different mist tanks. If I can, I'll find the thread later.

I've seen it done several times before. I wont name people, but I've had several FSC runs with an affectionately labeled "Pack Mule" to eat crowns, absorb heat, and ferry vials.
It's not against ToS but it's looked down on. I remember OOO answering something just like this and saying it's "Fine" but ruins the spirit of the main feature of the game: Co-op.
Don't take my word for it though. I'd suggest getting a full confirmation from someone who works at OOO.
