How much do you get in a JK run?

I just did my first JK run today and I only got like $2,700 and that isn't much at all.
But, seems like many people say they get much in JK run...So, what about you guys? How much do you get?
And if JK run gives only 2,700, I think I will go back to snarbolox (2,000 each time) because it's much easier, and maybe faster.

Last time I checked, Royal Jelly Palace gives 2.1k (after the payout decrease)

full snarb run takes 15 mins
full jk run takes 20-25 mins, but you need at least 4* gear
i earned 2072cr in the last run to jk.
This game is impossible for f2p noobs.

"This game is impossible for f2p noobs."
Aside from the dlc, which was so kindly gifted to me, I am fully F2P, and have reached 5*. Soloed JK in 2-3* armour BEFORE the nerf, beat Snarby easily in 1*, and am earning enough cr in the runs I did and crafting to support myself fine.
Come at me bro.
No seriously, don't go dragging a F2P/P2P argument in here, you're just ASKING to be hurt.

Psychodestroyer, ok, just try to find early missions with players, noobs don't have support.

Thanks for everyone.
So, I think I can conclude that snarb is better than JK since they both give out around 2k cr and the latter is slower and harder...
And, I'm just asking about game $$, please do not argue any matter with real $$ here...at least, don't call anyone noobs.
By the way, I am still looking for any rank mission that I can earn fast and easy money besides snarb & JK...

Ceduna, but if you want to get profit you have to choose another mission. 800*3=2400cr spent but only 2000cr earned.

"just try to find early missions with players, noobs don't have support."
I fail to see how that is relevant.

Its sad if you dont understand it.Its MMO, why noobs must complete most of the missions in solo?

The amount is random, depending on the heat/crown ratio you get from monster, and how many treasure boxes troll you by dropping heat, a vita pod or a vial.
Contrary to popular believe, FSC runs do not always yield 8k. I've got as low as 7.2k, and as much as 8.4k. JK is around 2.2k to 2.6k for me.

We don't need much support. We do it to see that we are at a high enough level of skill to do it solo, or if there are no people doing it, but we need to because we want tokens/crowns/heat/all that wonderful dungeon love.
Do we particularly want to go back to a level with a lower payout which is easier, and less challenging? Would an end-game KoA farmer go back to 'Skies over Cradle'? No. We will not. We will not, because we can, and will, get more money and more satisfaction from solo'ing.
Yes, it's MMO. Maybe, for us, the best way to be social is to grind, get 5* gear and then we can go in the KoA mission with all of the people who we actually meet regularly, because they are ALWAYS down there, and then we can fulfil the idea of a social game.
Anyway, back on topic...
Last time I checked the payout, or rather, last time I did the RJP, I got around 2.4k cr.
Before they nerfed RoFl, it used to be a good mission for crowns. Now, since they nerfed mission arenas, not so much. Go to the arcade, and find a gate with arenas and/or danger rooms (clockwork tunnels).

When Spiral Knights was still simple, I made it from Tier 1 to Tier 3 by soloing. I bought a couple elevator passes, tried out a wide variety of levels, and went back right after a failure--until I was confident I could do those levels alone. The only levels I have trouble with now are Dark Cities and Devilish Drudgeries, where my one-bar server connection really screws me over. After the addition of missions, I achieved the Vanguard rank on my own. The one mission I didn't lone wolf was The Gauntlet (rank 9-2), and I smoothly completed it with the help of only one buddy, not a full team of 4.
I know SK is an MMO and meant to be social and cooperative, but honestly, soloing the missions is a far cry from impossible.

Just do RJP without JK so it will be worth it, just saying.

I don't think it makes a difference whether you do the boss or not. If you do the Royal Jelly fight 5 times you can gain an extra 3500 crowns by selling tokens.

If the average is, let's say, 2,400cr over three levels. Let's say 50 of those are from the last boss battle. That leaves 2,350cr over 2 levels, = 1,175cr per 10 mist energy.
Add in the tokens (3500cr for vendoring 15 token's worth of Jelly gear. 3 tokens per battle, 5 battles for 15 tokens, 700cr per battle average) and the low boss payout, and you have 3,100cr over 3 levels ~= 1,099cr per 10 mist. Ergo, it would be better to skip the boss level.
My figures are probably off - if somebody could find the average last-level payout of the RJP, that would be great.
My questions are here: Is it more profitable to get an extra 5 tokens, buy and unbind a Sealed Sword to sell on the AH, or use 15 tokens to make Brute Jelly gear? Is it more profitable to run 50ME's worth of the RJP, or to use that for crafting Jelly gear to sell on the AH or vend?
~Cogito, ergo snipe sum.

Ok so avg. RJP payout is:
2700cr + 3 tokens
You Spend a minimum of:
30CE Mission
Putting CE at 8000cr we assume you do runs to try and profit from that
We start with no tokens, no cr, and 100CE
First attempt:
Start with 100CE (we're gonna see the profit IF CE is used. If mist is used, ANYTHING gained is considered profit as mist regenerates infinitely)
-30CE for the run
+2700cr + 3 tokens
Second attempt
Start with 70CE
-30CE for the run
-5CE for a revive used
+2700cr + 3 tokens
Third attempt:
Start with 35CE
-30CE for the run
-5CE for a revive used
+2700cr + 3 tokens
FINAL TOTALS:
2700cr + 2700cr + 2700cr = 8100cr
100CE - 30CE - 35CE - 35CE = 0CE
3Tokens + 3 Tokens + 3 Tokens = 9 Tokens
CE Conversion
8100cr - 8000cr = 100cr
0CE + 100CE = 100CE
TOKEN SHOP
15 Tokens = Brute Jelly Armor/Helm/Shield = 3500cr sold at Vendors
3500 / 15 = ~233 cr
233 * 9 Tokens = 2097cr
PROFIT GAINED:
You used 100CE, and rebought 100CE, so the EXACT payout average is
You profited 100cr in PURE LEVEL PAYOUT
Overall you Profited 2197cr in total value.
*** All of this is profit off of CE. If A Full mist tank was used, then the payout would be:
100CE
100cr pure
9 tokens
Overall 10,097cr value
NOTE: This does not include the value of Tokens and Materials dropped, which would add to the profit gained.
So in conclusion, you DO profit a decent amount on average via RJP. It is only visible however, after 3 complete runs, whereas FSC paysout 100CE for the use of ~40-50 CE
Yes, RJP sets the average price for the CE market in theory, as it allows the player to profit only slightly after breaking even with a full 100CE
HOWEVER FSC gives a total of ~200CE for only 100CE used (not including token value) which means if the CE market were to be set to have the player only break even, the price of CE would be the equivalent of 16000CR.
Remember, this is only an AVERAGE of the data, or a rough estimate. The payout may differ, and you may lose more than you gain if one is not careful with the amount they spend for any revives needed.
Dont forget that if all that is done with Mist, you get 100CE for 0 CE used (because mist is INFINITE)
Now stop whining and be happy you at least profit something. Remember to use those tokens and sell off some stuff for a good profit every 6-8 runs. Because at the rate you seem to claim that you DON't profit, you'll need the extra 3,500cr to do anything.
My numbers may be a bit off as well, or maybe even upped a bit, but i think this is the most accurate average so far.
Hope this helped a bit. Just a small add on to Raisin's post @ #15 (incase this ends up being late :P)
EDIT:
Well If you do just the 2 levels NOT the boss, you can get in a maximum of 5 runs off 100CE, gaining you a LOT more profit at a FASTER rate. About 4000 ish extra (you do the math now :P)
since 20* 5 = 100CE
And a revive once or twice still gives a solid 4 runs

Not to mention that if you do these runs consecutively you'll be able to regenerate about 10 mist in total, so you can afford a revive along the way too.

^ To add on to that.
In my 5* equips I managed to solo it in a little less than 15 minutes; probably 10-15 mins. 1 Unit of Mist regens at every 13.5 minutes.
Assuming you only do the levels and NOT The boss, after the 5 runs of 20energy each, you should have close to 5 mist left over. This means you can revive once "for free" for lack of a better term, on the runs. This is probably more reliable if you go slower thru the levels (I was rushing since I had to go soon anyway, but I went thru all the rooms ( Granted I had a Acheron and Fang of Vog for JK :/ ))

IMO, it is always better to do the boss, IF you are willing to tap into CE and won't need revive to kill it.
Cost of 10 Ce = 800cr
Somewhat fixed Income (It pays for itself)
3 boss tokens = worth 700cr
crown from boss and boxes =~200cr
Potential income
Spark tokens (almost got at least 1 every time and can be a lot more)=worth 100+cr
Crowns from prize wheel (0-50cr)
Chance of equipments drop from 8 boxes
Time needed: depends on individuals. I need 3mins if i do it slowly and safely
Earn at least 200cr in 3mins should be considered a good rate? You all decide.

You dont need to sell the tokens for crowns...
For tier 2 knights, you can still benefit from the Jelly armor/shield, Antiguas, and Sealed Swords. Jelly armor isn't the best, but for someone on a budget, they are a good choice, if only maybe temporary. Antiguas and Sealed Swords are one of the best tier 3 items once fully upgraded.

jk one mission 2100-2500 avg 2300, 2300*3=6900+ 3*700cr=9000cr =112ce+10 mist left
fsc one mission 6800-8500 avg 7700, 7700*2=15400cr=192ce 0 mist left
Try FSC; it gives $8000. Im doing it daily to save up for a new bentley.
