Yeah, that would be it, go from Emberlight, which is the Tier 3 start, to the Core. In the middle of the way you will get to the rest area with Basil (and the Shadow Lair gates option, as it is Tier 3)
Just in case, Basil in Arcade has random recipes, including boss equipment recipes (Snarble Barb, Pulsar, etc crafting lines)
- 0-2* in Tier 1
- 2-4* in Tier 2
- 4-5* in Tier 3
I don't mind helping, really... maybe I should peek every now and then that forum.

Making a map...
From Mission Mode > Select Arcade > Select any gate > Select Tier 3 > Start there (Emberlight) > Halfway through the levels, there is a resting level one with Basil on it with random recipes.
You can also go to Arcade from Haven going north of the town square.

btw. Pro-Armor, are you some kind of "Post useless topic in general section" specialist or what? First, there was your topic about "Blackhawk or Gigawatt Pulsar" posted in general discussion instead of the arsenal and now this topic with question which also would belong to New Recruits or even should not appear on forum since Wikipedia perfectly answers this question.

@ Asukalan Whoa whoa... take a chill pill. General Discussions is probably the most visited place on the forums, so people would figure posting on the general discussions would be the best way to get initial attention. Then, moving it to a different forum can take place later. Let people post wherever they want if they deem necessary to gain lots of attention. Think in their shoes for once.
@ Pro-Armor Hey man, feel free to post anywhere you want. If General Discussions feels like a good idea, go for it. In this case, people should give you the answer or link you to wikipedia. This community is supposed to be a nice and helpful community. Don't like people like Asukalan drag you down. ¬¬

In Crimson Hammer's 1st chapter lobby. So if you didn't get it, you will have to use the Auction House or get to the Arcade like in the old times in Tier 3 and pray to Basil so he may have it.
