I know pets have been suggested about 2 million times by noobs, but do any of us really want them?
A) Never! Ruins the game!
B) Yes, but only non-combat (like snipes)
C) Yes, fighting pets (like dire wolve(r)s)
D) Only as accessories, like Monster pockets.

From personal experience in the suggestions subforum, anything which takes pets and combat and has them in the same room results in a storm of shi-
As accessories they cause no harm, as minor nuisances to care for outside of battle they would be neglected, but in battle is where the line is drawn. That line is then used to impale your a-

C. I mean after all it could add to the "challenge" people are talking about because:
1. could add to the confusion of enemies of same type and your pet that could be the same.
2. could add powers like pets could influence others of the same type to attack each other.

This takes AWAY fromt the challenge by making the enemies do all the work by killing themselves. Your argument is invalid.
For the "powers" to have a cooldown period so there would be more strategy involved.

B will either look stupid/annoying or be too complex to make. Think about it, something following you, while you spin-dance like crazy (every single sk players does it at some point).

Please no, additional sprites can do nothing but hinder performance, like in WoW when they made the non combat and huntard pets "always out" FPS plummeted from like 70+ to 30something comeing out the AV gate.
