When i used to play WoW, i used the page up and page down mouse buttons for like everything.. i would really like to be able to use these buttons as hotkeys, which i am currently unable to do! :/ They labeled them as mouse buttons 4 and 5
Add the ability to bind things to extra mouse buttons:)

He means 4 button mouses etc. I have some. I'd like to set my extra right button to move right, and my left for left. Not right/left of the screen, of the player. Easier to walk in perfect circles around people.

I have two buttons on the side of my mouse and I would love to use them for shield and... something else. That said I can probably only use one anyway because my computer wont even recognize the second one. :(

Chances are there is some downloadable software at the site of your mouse manufacturer that will allow you to assign keystrokes to buttons.
