Which way is the fan spinning at the fountain?

Is it spinning counter clockwise? The fan is pushing the water out?

Or is it spinning clockwise? The fan is sucking the water in.

Look at it carefully again.

Follow the fan blades as it goes counter clockwise.
Then try to reverse it and make it go clockwise! Now the fan is sucking the water in.

I know many of you will think I'm crazy or stupid or something, but really look at it from different perspective. At first i look at the fan. It was spinning counter clockwise, so the water is being pushed out from underneath. No way OOO will make such a dumb mistake right? On each fan blade, the light part of the blade is facing up and the dark part of the blades is facing down. Then as i continue to look at it and moved around, it changed. The fan was actually spinning clockwise sucking the water in. In the end, i can see it both ways at my own will anytime i want.

Truth is the fan can go either way counter clockwise or clockwise, depending on which perspective you look at it. Kinda like an optical illusion.
