General consensus on Dragon Scale set?

The long and short of it: is the Dragon Scale set worth using? I ask because it seems to me that practically everyone defaults to either wolver/one of the gunslinger/demo sets, and I just want an educated analysis of how viable the Dragon Scale set is in comparison.
